Warranty Terms

Our 2-year limited warranty begins on the date of purchase and covers all manufacturing defects discovered during normal use. Your original receipt or order confirmation is required for any warranty service.

We will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any item we determine to be defective due to a manufacturing fault. Repaired or replaced items continue under the original warranty period.

Repair or service performed by any party other than Belle Blues will immediately void this warranty.

Exclusions

What Isn't Covered

Normal wear and tear, scratches, or surface scuffs

Accidental damage, loss, or theft

Repairs or modifications by a third-party jeweller

Damage caused by exposure to chemicals or extreme conditions

Personalised or engraved pieces (covered for manufacturing defects only)
